General Summary : Provide an accurate list of supplier cost for construction of homes. Compile and maintain accurate take-offs and budgets through software systems. Continually refine systems and procedures to improve quality and control costs. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Budget Variance ? Meet established budget variance goals PO Accuracy ? Meet established po accuracy goals. System full utilization ? Meet goals that move from worksheets to databases.
