Assignments include: Communicate and instill company values and/or culture in new employees. Provide feedback to employees regarding training. Facilitate training for employees across the department. Conduct training recertification and/or refreshers and quality assurance checks for trained employees as appropriate. Update training materials with new processes and directives from the organization. Train hourly / non-management associates on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
