Sales Trainer - (Scottsdale, AZ)

As our Internal Trainer, you’ll formulate and implement all corporate, new-hire, and sales training. The Internal Trainer is responsible for developing curriculum and content and improving on-going education for all Amerisleep employees. You will have a deep understanding of our product line, sales strategy, company policies, and best practices. We value initiative, leadership, and original thinking and are eager to see what concepts and ideas you bring to the table and implement. Your work will impact dozens of employees across our corporate headquarters and various retail locations. You’ll be expected to help all our teammates develop new skills and improve existing ones so that we foster future company leaders. Responsibilities Educate all Amerisleep staff on corporate initiatives, sales strategy, product releases, and customer service best practices. Train and mentor new hires on all aspects of Amerisleep products and technology.
