HR Business Partner - Part-time Connected2Fiber is the Industry Cloud for Connectivity. We drive growth for connectivity buyers and sellers by helping them participate in more deals, more effectively target prospects, and price to maximize profit margin. This is done through our platform, The Connected World, that turns any commercial location into its own marketplace – automatically displaying trusted, multi-dimensional, and shareable location insight about networks and tenants in that building. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties in support of the global Connected2Fiber team. Reporting to the CFO, this position will support the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding initiatives, policy implementation, recruitment and compliance, with the exclusion of Payroll administration.
