Human Resources Generalist - Fort Dearborn Company Job summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for ensuring that the facilities within his/her assigned segment are staffed according to business need, are sustaining critical HR programs including performance reviews and overall talent management. This role will partner directly with the respective plant HRM / HR Director for his/her segment to ensure that any broader scale initiatives include the appropriate HR considerations. The Human Resources Generalist must have a working technical knowledge of all relevant labor and employment regulations within their segment's plants, good communication abilities and a strong motivation to advance Fort Dearborn's Core Values and culture through the work that is done every day in our locations. Having the right people in the right place at the right time The Human Resources Generalist will leverage talent acquisition tools to fill open requisitions as well as prospect for strategic people needs.
