Associate Attorney - Law Office of Thomas V. Allen Law Office of Thomas V. Allen PLLC, New Jersey seeks to hire an Associate Immigration Attorney. This position will join a team of 5 attorneys. The attorney will be expected to manage a high-volume of all types of immigration matters, which includes: Assist in all immigration matters with clients. Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Communicate regularly with partners and associates regarding procedural and case processing issues, assisting with the review of cases. Analyze case documents and prepare various types of applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Prepare non-immigrant visa petitions: B-1, B-2, E-2, E-3, H1-B, H-3, H2-B, L-1, O, P, TD, TN. Prepare immigrant visa applications: PERM, 1-140, I-130, Adjustment of Status.
