Holmdel office of our client seeks lateral senior-level attorney with 5+ years of background. The applicant will be responsible for carrying out administrative services, providing support to legal professionals by preparing various documents including correspondence, legal forms, and other types of documents, and providing info-management support to enhance attorney/timekeeper effectiveness. Should have portable business in commercial litigation, trusts and estates, or intellectual property law. Also 3 yrs of recent background as a Legal Assistant is required. Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar.Additional Skills: The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, thorough, and accurate, and will maintain both a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Excellent academic credentials and verbal skills is required.
