North Miami Beach office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of background in defense of property insurance claims litigation. The applicant should preferably have prior trial background. Prior motion hearing background, fact and expert witness deposition background are necessary. Prior civil trial background is preferred. Senior defense attorney that have background in defending 1st party insurance litigation are ideal candidate for partnership track. This Florida law firm was founded over a decade ago primarily for the sake of handling insurance coverage and defense.
