Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for preparing and filing H-1B, H-4, L-1, B-1/B-2, PERM, I-140 and other employment based applications/petitions. Manage case initiation process and fact gathering. Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions by obtaining signatures, missing details, etc. from client. Create, edit, print and distribute materials.
