Paralegal - Real Estate - (Baltimore, MD)

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a senior-level Real Estate Paralegal with background in commercial real estate development and finance transactions to join our sophisticated commercial real estate practice in the Baltimore office. This high performing and detail-oriented individual will assist attorneys with major commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, review of title, survey and other due diligence, organization of pre- and post-closing documents, and management of transactions and closings. This position mandates a demonstrated expertise to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication expertise, including excellent technical written correspondence skills, are essential. Must be able to operate independently, as well as with a team and with clients. Intermediate-level skills working with Ms office applications, document management systems and time-keeping software are necessary.
