We are looking for a Community Manager at The Residences at DeSales Plaza and DeSales Flats in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Community Manager is a multifamily professional that will manage the daily operations of a three-phase residential apartment community with 237 apartments and eight commercial units as well as multiple ownership groups. The Community Manager will renew apartment leases, help with leasing, schedule turnovers, and coordinate resident activities. The Community Manager will also handle bookkeeping and reporting needs for the property as well as the creation of the bi-monthly newsletter. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
