A relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner. Train respective company personnel in the documented QMS procedures. Identify relevant legislative requirements in terms of QA and product reliability. Control and maintain the company audit and risk essment schedule. Conduct QMS system compliance audits. Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are essed as competent to perform tasks. Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to QMS systems, compliance and incidents. Conduct Internal Audit , process and product audit. Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty). Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues 8d.
