Manufacturing Engineer ociate - Troy, AL - (Troy, AL)

Responsible for the concept, design and documentation of manufacturing tooling and equipment required to effect manufacturing processes and production rate qualifications. Duties include development of work instructions and tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and culminating in complete technical data packages fully defining the tooling/equipment and allowing fabrication of detailed components and embly of the end item. Process development may include isting with training of existing Production Operations staff. Min qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in Mechanical engineering or a related discipline Ability to obtain a Secret clearance & must have an Interim Secret prior to starting. Desired Skills: Chemical Engineering knowledge of Liquid Hypergolic Propellant Fuels. Min GPA: 3.0 Good verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Experience with Ms office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
