Century Engineering - Dover, DE Office Century is currently seeking a Traffic Engineer for our Dover, DE office location to perform traffic studies and analyses tasks under the guidance of an experienced project manager. Candidates for this position will demonstrate proficiency in conducting traffic studies and analyses, with experience in utilizing capacity software applications (e.g. Synchro, HCS, etc.) with minimal to no guidance. The successful candidate is also expected to perform traffic engineering tasks through application of relevant design criteria, standards and processes in order to develop traffic control device plans. The candidate must have experience in using and applying the principles in the MUTCD, as well as the ability to interpret and apply applicable federal, state and/or local standards and processes. The candidate will be expected to work on multiple tasks and develop support information and applicable deliverables.
