Region Director - (Richardson, TX)

Position summary Oversees commercial branches within a region with a medium to substantial level of activity and complexity. Implements the organization's overall sales strategy and reinforces service standards and growth of customer retention for the region. Monitors performance of sales teams and ensures development of branch employees. Responsible for P&L of medium to large-sized revenue branches and ensures revenue and profit plans of branches are achieved. Job qualifications Oversees commercial branches of assigned geographic region of branches with a medium to substantial level of activity and complexity. Manages the activities of these branches in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the assigned region. Ensures branches are reinforcing service standards and increasing growth of customer retention. Monitors performance of sales teams and/or branches and re-allocates resources to improve overall results.
