Duties Duties Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT MECHANIC - TITLE 32, Job details Number D1366000 and is part of the KY 123 AW, National Guard.Responsibilities As a AIRCRAFT MECHANIC - TITLE 32, WG-8852-10, you will perform inspections, functional checks, and preventive maintenance on assigned aircraft to include daily inspections, flight inspections and special inspections as required. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform unscheduled maintenance on aircraft. Perform the full range of repair and testing of aircraft system, assemblies, and surfaces. Diagnose and identify problem areas and determine the extent of repairs required. Remove components and assemblies, repairs or replaces defective parts and components and reassembles repaired items into the aircraft. Install, align, and make needed adjustments to major components and assemblies such as engines, propellor/rotors, transmissions, hydraulic systems, etc.
