Associate Trainer - (Franklin, TN)

JOB DESCRIPTION This role will be responsible for training new and existing employees in a classroom and virtual setting. This role will also require some training material design and maintenance. Fundamental Components: Classroom/Virtual Training 80% Training Material Design and Maintenance 10% Special Projects and Systems Testing 5% All other duties as assigned 5% EXPERIENCE/EXPERIENCE desired: Previous (1-three years) experience using internal software business applications required. Previous training experience desired. Excellent organizational and people skills. Demonstrated analytical abilities Proven communication abilities both written and verbal Expertise to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for applicants in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
