Trench Safety Training Coordinator - (Kansas City, MO)

Responsible for the administrative support and documentation of training and development programs provided for customers by trench safety personnel. The Training Coordinator will primarily be responsible for maintaining web page info, and communicating and monitoring regional training efforts using a variety of means including email messages, conference calls, and other company systems as necessary. Assisting the training team may also be required to finalize the layout of program materials that support job-specific technical training and other educational offerings. Primary Position duties/Tasks 1. Trench CPT/CST public class scheduling, OSR communication, web page updates (60+ hours/month) o Post new branch classes to web site o Maintain web siteregistration spreadsheets o Rearrange class schedules based on trainer schedules and availability 2. Order manuals and certificates, manage inventory of class materials (4 hours/month) o Fine tune the layout of training materials
