Restaurant Manager - Pier 23 Cafe Family owned waterfront restaurant seeks FOH floor manager. Should have 3+ years management experience. Applicant should enjoy high volume, quick paced environment. Looking for someone with passion for the hospitality industry and the desire to mentor others.Responsibilities Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses Address customer needs, comments, and complaints Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards Report daily on restaurant issue in managers log (maintenance, staff issues, customer complaints) Requirements High-school degree or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred 3-five years of food and beverage service industry background required
