Human Resources Director - Community Link SUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the entire range of human resource administration and employee relations' activity. This position develops, recommends, and implements policies and programs in such areas as recruitment and employment, organizational planning, training, wage, salary, and benefits administration, and communications. This position provides guidance and technical assistance in these areas to other staff and departments to assure consistency with the organizational strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop, direct and evaluate the agency’s human resource function and performance providing analysis and communication to departments of the organization and governing bodies. Participate in the development of the agency’s plans and programs as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
