The HR Manager will report directly to theSVP ofHuman Resources and provide HR support for the plant including site level recruitment. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Employee Relations support to the plant managers, leaders, employeesto addressemployee morale, motivation, and performance; create an ongoing connection between employees and the business; and implement processes and practices to maintain a positive working atmosphere Ensure that performance expectations are clearly communicated to all employees Coach managers to accurately ess employee performance, recognize and reward superior performance and proactively address performance problems at all levels in the plant Work with managers to plan change, manage its implementation
