The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) strategic planner, manager, and engineer for fixed and tactical telecommunications systems and components. Makes major decisions that have a direct/substantial impact on the management of telecommunications systems resources.Responsibilities Serve as C4 operations engineer as part of the JTF-CS Early Entry Command Post responsible for all contingency operations technical engineering, deployable network architecture and the C4 coordination. Plans and coordinates all phases of the acquisition, implementation, and integration of deployable communications assets. Works with customers to identify and assess SATCOM mission requirements.
