Buyer/Planner : Distribution - (Medina, OH)

Position details Specific Assignments include: :Plan and schedule orders to assure customer needs are met :Forecast the purchases of finished parts from overseas suppliers :Place purchase orders for finished goods or partially finished good from overseas suppliers :Coordinate suppliers delivery schedules to meet customer needs :Monitor resource qualifications to assure schedule qualifications are met :Maintain min inventory to support the production schedule. Work with suppliers to develop JIT stocking programs and increase inventory turns for Minutemen and Agrati USA distribution business :Interface with other departments to resolve problems :Interface with production to ensure semi:finished products are expedited to outside subcontracting supplier to maintain on time delivery to Agrati customers :Generate, analyze and distribute inventory level reports to management
