Position description The Crossings at Falls Run, Fredericksburgs Premier Senior Living Community, offering Independent living, Assisted living, and Memory Care Services is currently seeking applicants for the Certified Nursing Assistant position for their location in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The CNA provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents of the community. The CNA encourages residents to function at their highest level of independence and to participate in community activities. Conducts activities and provides for a meaningful background for all residents. Responsible for ensuring a pleasurable dining background and marketing the community in a positive and professional manner.
