Position overview Business Development Manager Excellent Pay package We are a well:known and fast growing Regional Professional Services Organization with Offices along the East Coast and in the Midwest. We seek a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding our market position in the Maryland and DC territory, and for achieving specific related financial goals. This person will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities both independently and in coordination with the Firms Senior Management Team, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Business Development Manager will work with the Senior Management Team, marketing and other key staff to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the Firm. They will also help manage existing clients to ensure they stay satisfied and positive. This position is based in our Bethesda Maryland office.
