Quality Assurance Manager - Arnold Magnetics Corporation Arnold Magnetics Corporation, an employee-owned, leading manufacturer of rugged, high-density power supplies and power conversion equipment, is seeking a dynamic, energetic professional to join our team, based out of the Camarillo, CA headquarters and reporting directly to the President. The Quality Assurance Manager is a hands-on role which directs quality assurance efforts to ensure that the Company and our product meet or exceed quality standards; is responsible for all quality assurance related internal and external audits in adherence with regulatory standards; works directly with Manufacturing to schedule and control inspection activities as specified by standard or customer; teams with Engineering and Program Management during product development to ensure quality process; and provides ongoing review of business documents for accuracy and quality provisions. This role manages the Quality Assurance team.
