Position overview Distribution Manager Growing multi-location retailer of high end consumer goods is looking for a strong Distribution Manager to add to their team. The Distribution Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse. Position requirements include: Plan and direct the daily operations including receiving, marking, warehousing, distribution and maintenance. Maintaining inventory accuracy by following our inventory management protocol. Maintaining an organized, clean and safe warehouse environment and enforcing all OSHA guidelines and regulations. Managing budget and controlling expenses effectively. Fleet management. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. ignments include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; igning daily work ignments; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
