Distribution Specialist, Part-time Lenexa, KS Position overview The Part-time Distribution Specialist performs a variety of activities with the objective of providing accurate, timely payroll packages for clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Print payroll checks and reports according to standard departmental procedures. Print other customer (internal and external) requested jobs on an as needed basis. Separate and sort client payroll. Collaborate with other departments to ensure day to day payroll needs are met. Payroll Tracking, Delivery Method Changes, Etc. Train ociate level members on basic distribution practices and procedures. Packaging, Stuffing, Etc. Support other team members in the management of all departmental responsibilities. Inspect printed payroll checks, sort, package, stuff, bundle and meter as required for pickup or delivery. Exercise good judgment Perform a variety of other duties, including printer cleaning and report printing.
