Room Status Controller - (Clearwater Beach, FL)

Position details 13; The Room Status Controller is responsible for assisting the guests efficiently and professionally in all Front Office related functions. 13; Education and Background 13; * High-school degree or equivalent - Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service:oriented manner. - Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs - Must be able to maintain confidentiality of details. - Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotel and Resorts Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. - Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings. - 1 yr of background of related skills in a hotel or related position preferred 13; Physical demands 13; * Long hours sometimes required. - Must be able to understand and evaluate complex details, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
