Software Guidance and Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Controller for a contract assignment with 1 of our premier financial services clients in Raleigh, NC . Looking for junior level applicants looking in the range of 26:32/hour hour range. Responsibilities : Responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis for 2 N:2 divisions, including Financial reporting, Budgeting and Monthly Forecasting models and Expense Management. Human Capital Planning and Strategy, which includes the production of Headcount analysis, forecast open role tracking and workforce strategy project for Senior Management Regional responsibilities includes tasks such as roll out, process improvement analysis, and ad:hoc CCRO wide projects. The Organizational Management of CCRO divisions includes liaising with several departments, including but not limited to Recruitment, Human Resources, GBSS and IT. Providing an excellent opportunity to build a wide network.
