Requisition No:55738 Agency: Department of Health Working Title: OPS BUDGET ANALYST : Position Number: Salary: 17.00/hourly Posting Closing Date: 03/04/2019 QUALIFICATIONS This is a highly responsible budget/fiscal position working under the direction of the St. Johns County Health Department Accounting Services Supervisor II. This position provides operational and financial management including identification and analysis of complex details management needs related to both the strategic and tactical operational support of CHD Federal, State and grant funded public health programs. This position will assist in fulfillment of the departments financial and business functions. These functions require the incumbent to work together with the Accounting Services Supervisor II. Provides financial recommendations to the Accounting Services Director II with the development of business strategies and health service systems. Develops, maintains and audits business procedures including budgetary and internal controls.
