Help Desk Receptionist - (Chicago, IL)

Job summary We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and self:motivated Office Administrator to join our growing IT Solutions company. The perfect candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a competent prioritizer, and feel comfortable working with little to no supervision. Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, bookkeeping, scheduling, answering/routing calls and supporting our technicians. This role will start out on a part:time basis with a potential to transform into a full:time position based on performance and availability. Qualifications: Some Computer Hardware knowledge required. Proven background as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role Proficiency with Ms office applications (Ms word, Ms excel and Outlook) Proficient in Quickbooks Proven expertise to multitask and prioritize in a fast:paced environment Excellent customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Sales / Marketing Skills Required Bookkeeping Skills Required :ul
