Position description About the Opportunity Christian Art Gifts has an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as our eCommerce Marketplace Administrator. This person will be responsible for increasing our marketplace presence on existing platforms and seeking out new marketplace opportunities. Position qualifications: Manage the day to day responsibilities for all marketplaces. Including Amazon, Walmart, eBay. Actively monitor all marketplaces and listings. Create, manage, and optimize all marketplace listings. Conduct keyword research and analysis. Increase listing visibility and traffic by using marketplace or 3rd:party tools and promotions. Coordinate marketing opportunities for all marketplaces. Manage and grow product reviews and oversee customer feedback. Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly. Uncover and execute new initiatives within each marketplace that will improve the customer background and increase overall business.
