Document Control Administrator - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Job summary Assignments include but are not limited to: Collection, scanning, uploading, and filing of documents following set procedures Ensuring all quality control documents are collected and uploaded into the system Processing: o Non:Conformance Reports (NCRs) : Record NCRs in log and follow up on timely closures o Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) : Print and distribute documents as required o Submit and Maintain Supplier Assessment Records o Create and maintain tool files o Coordinate Labeling Approvals (as required) o Coordinate the creation of specifications for product components (as required) o Assist with Regulatory submissions and compliance o Submission of Quarterly Dose Audits and maintenance of associated records Notify personnel of updated document revisions and training as needed Maintain employee training records Work with documents and records across various departments including Administration, Manufacturing, Customer Service
