Instructional Designer - (Greensboro, NC)

Position details The Instructional Designer works with the training manager, clinical operations and other members of the project team to develop and maintain the training program. As an Instructional Designer you will be responsible for creating and developing training strategies/solutions by partnering with business units (individual contributor through executive) across the enterprise. The position is responsible for supporting complex organizational initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define and implement training strategies, including design, development, implementation and evaluation plans. Necessary background 3+ Background in designing, developing and conducting training curriculum and programs. 3+ years of project management experience 1+ year of any LMS background Expert user of PowerPoint Preferred Requirements Healthcare industry and/or pharmacy services background. Background with virtual and e-learning training tools and techniques.
