Application Engineer - (Kansas City, MO)

Job summary In this role, person will work as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, Application Engineer will be using customer input and sales details to re:design, test and implement complex applications. They also provide technical support and ability to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, maintenance and often performing sales presentations and demonstrations. From application start:up through the warranty period, Application Engineers must provide customers with ongoing technical support. This support includes responding to customer issues, providing updated software that solves bug issues, performing installs for customers and working with the customer service team. Qualifications: : Technical Background in Mechanical or Electrical Preferred. : Background in Manufacturing environment. Automotive preferred but not required. : Customer Service : Outstanding communication expertise : Willing to Travel upto 75.
