Job details Our company was established in 1977 and has been at the same location for the past 38yrs. The company is involved with all aspects of investment properties including development, construction, purchases, sales and property management. We are currently looking for a Project Manager :: AutoCAD Drafter to work in our Vancouver Washington office. We are an investment, construction and property management company with properties mainly located in Oregon and Washington. We have been in business and in the same location for 30 plus years. This position will be responsible in coordinating with the local Engineering offices and be able to draft in AutoCAD and make small changes to .dwg files as needed. You will be responsible to collect and compare bids primarily. The individual that we are looking for must have background in record keeping be self:organized. The applicant also must be able to multi:task and prioritize under pressure.
