Process Consultant - (St Petersburg, FL)

Job overview Company located in St. Pete, FL is looking for an experienced Process Consultant. Job is full-time with base salary up to 80k/year, and bonus up to 30 of base salary. Also includes benefits, 401k, business casual work attire, and generous vacation policy. NOTE: The hiring manager is looking for someone that has background with being the lead on process improvement projects, and background understanding and documenting business processes. Job Purpose This senior level position is responsible for initiating, designing, leading, executing and ensuring seamless adoption of improvements to new and or existing business processes and customer experiences. Reviews current business operations, procedures, and/or processes; researches improvements and proactively makes recommendations to re:engineer process with a focus on increasing efficiencies (e.g. streamlining and automating work processes), improving the customer background and containing costs and achieving business area goals.
