Resident Care Director - (Hemet, CA)

Position description Position: Resident Care Director/Wellness Director Reports To: Administrator/Executive Director Critical functions :Oversees and supervises direct care staff including caregivers, CNAs and Med Techs. :Manage the day:to:day operations of the Assisted Living community to ensure residents healthcare needs are met :Perform and document resident assessments, complete Individualized Service Plans, provide or delegate hands:on clinical care as indicated by the plan of care and evaluate resident outcomes. :Record and notify Executive Director, physician, pharmacist, and family of any significant changes to residents health status and/or reactions to drugs, treatments, or significant incidents. :Maintain accurate and detailed documentation as required in resident services, such as progress notes, incidents, and changes in condition, appearance, and behavior of residents
