Position description Rubber Compounder Operators Hudson, Ohio Pay level: 12.00 Were currently looking for a capable and dedicated Rubber Compounder to join our engineering team at Hudson, Ohio Plant second Shift Monday : Friday 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Training for this position will be first shift 6:30 am to 2:30 pm for the second Shift position 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Entry Level and Skilled Rubber Compounders are encouraged . No previous background in Rubber Compounding necessary On the Job Training will be provided. Your role as Rubber Compounder will be to focus on improving our existing products competitive advantage and expanding our market application reach. To accomplish this our Rubber Compounders will be required to Review and Prepare Compound, Ensure Batches are mixed and blended evenly, Perform Quality Control Checks and Report any issues.
