Position summary Focus on HVAC Monday:Friday 7:00am:3:30pm Supports multiple facilities driving company vehicle 4 yrs general maintenance background 1. Accountable for preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, including detailed and accurate documentation, in accordance with managements defined standards. - 4 Years of background in general maintenance activities. - Working understanding of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and plumbing systems, as well as carpentry and general construction. - Effective verbal and written correspondence . - Demonstrates the expertise to read and interpret technical documentation. - 4. Accountable for clear and great communication and follow through with staff at all levels, and patients or visitors as needed, regarding issues/concerns, to promote professional, knowledgeable resolutions.
