Maintenance Technician - (Edinburgh, IN)

Position description The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all aspects of Maintenance and should be a self motivated, self starting member who strives to provide the best quality product to the customer. The essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills include the following: :Checks the operation of machines and trouble:shoots electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, equipment and automation problems. :Performs complex preventative and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment using various tools and equipment. :Trouble:shoots electrical and electronic controls on manufacturing equipment for rebuilding, repairing or fabricating purposes. :Diagnoses and resolves PLC issues with using ladder logic and text based logic programs. :Modifies and rebuilds manufacturing equipment to meet new machine qualifications or production demands with engineering support. Provides input to proposed manufacturing equipment. Installs capital equipment.
