Position overview The Role: Maintenance Supervisor Location: New Albany, OH The Company Personiv is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in developing and producing high:quality, responsible packaging for a variety of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical:device, home and personal:care and other products. The Role Supervises and coordinates all facets of maintenance machinery and personnel. Responsible for defining problem areas, conducting investigations, and implementing solutions. Evaluates department needs and make recommendation to manager for improvement. Position is also responsible for managing the shift maintenance mechanics. Responsibilities :Ensures all maintenance personnel are properly trained and aware of potential safety and/or health risks. This includes compliance with OSHA requirements and GMPs. :Directs and assists in the repair, maintenance and modification of molding equipment, tooling and aux equipment, including resin system and dryers.
