Position overview Maintenance Mechanic : second Shift The Maintenance Mechanic position provides advanced electro:mechanical ability to the manufacturing facility in the areas of equipment, maintenance/repair, and facility/utility maintenance/repair. Possesses highly developed knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics electronics PLC controls, VFDs, and power transmission equipment. Troubleshoots/repairs manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility, and shares knowledge of applicable electrical and mechanical concepts/principles to other maintenance personnel. Provide troubleshooting and repair of facility electrical equipment and control system problems associated with the hardware and software contained within the facilities PLC, servo controllers, operator interfaces, and VFD systems. Provide troubleshooting/repair of facility mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Perform all assigned scheduled, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
