Job overview Job responsibilities :Electrical and Mechanical assembly of prototype and FAI HVAC and APS units : Electrical/Electronics Control Panel assembly :Advanced bench test design and assembly :Expertise to set:up and optimize HVAC and APS production lines :Expertise to interpret, understand, research, and mark:up diagrams, schematics, and and drawings :Research work orders and parts using appropriate ORACLE screens :Expertise to troubleshoot and repair complete air conditioner systems :Expertise to work with engineering to review design and ensure manufacturability of HVAC units :Expertise to set:up climate chambers for HVAC and APS :Expertise to perform capacity tests for HVAC units :Expertise to train production personnel and technicians :Expertise to communicated quality improvement with the personnel and technicians on the production line :Other duties as assigned.
