Job summary Department: Housekeeping Position: Housekeeping Supervisor Reports to: Housekeeping Manager Direct Reports and Departments: Room Attendants, Houseperson, Laundry SCOPE In the role of Housekeeping Supervisor, your role would be to Assist the Housekeeping Manager with the management of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments of the Hotel to ensure quality standards are met and that Hotel guest rooms, public areas and all other areas of the Hotel cleaned according to Hilton garden Inn established cleaning procedures and guidelines and are always well maintained and kept guest ready at all times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Leads by example by assuring 100 guest satisfaction :Assists in the hiring, training and development of all Housekeeping teammates :Ensures the completion of the Housekeepers report and communicates effectively and proactively with the Front Office :Administers yearly performance evaluations and effectively communicates the Hotels expectations
