Line Cook / Food Prep - (Bothell, WA)

Zulu's Board Game Café is looking for a motivated, energetic, knowledgeable individual to join our team in downtown Bothell. Experience as a line cook paired with excellent customer service, friendliness and enthusiasm for gaming are paramount for success. A desire to plan and execute new menu items to keep things fresh is highly preferred. We are currently looking for someone to work night/closing shifts - approximately. 30+ hr / week. Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, etc. . .) based on the needs of the restaurant volume. Assignments include: • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills • At least 1 yr of previous prep or line cook experience • Cook and preform prep work to keep the kitchen flow going • Reliable, with a sense of pride and ownership for your work • Willing, and with a positive attitude, to follow direction of all management, including additional requests for teamwork support
