Digital Applications Developer - (Corning, NY)

Provides support for development, architecture, strategy, and design for all the Museum’s digital platforms, including web sites, social media, digital signage, on-site and on-line interactive media and mobile applications. Responsibilities • Works in collaboration with Lead Developer and Designer/Front-end Developer to define, develop, and support the Museum’s public facing digital initiatives. • Remains current on development and design related tools/technologies. • Works with Lead Developer to determine, develop and maintain a future-focused details architecture for Museum interactives and web sites. • Uses analytics and performance data to improve visitor and staff experiences. • Provides digital application support and maintenance as defined within the digital services SLA, including serving as a member of the after-hours support team. • Works closely with Digital Asset and Content Managers, IT, and external development vendors to ensure optimal functionality of all Museum digital applica
