Position: GIS Technician " Environmental Consulting Industry Location: Folsom, California Highly respected Environmental Consulting firm actively seeks proficient GIS Technician to join our thriving Folsom, CA office. The successful applicant will assist environmental project managers, environmental scientists, and environmental engineers with the presentation of spatial data and imagery through GIS and communicate with multiple teammates regarding status and technical issues that arise. The GIS Technician position mandates using ESRIs ArcGIS Desktop software with Microsoft office Products, specifically Word, Ms excel, and Access. Background in environmental science or biology is desirable. Applicants must be able to demonstrate background working with moderate to large size geographic data sets.
