Maintenance Manager I - (Kemmerer, WY)

Summary Description: Accountable for maintaining and repairing all site equipment and facilities safely and within budget. Responsible for all maintenance including routine, preventative and emergency. Responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance, cost effectiveness of maintenance program and planning. Responsible for assembling new equipment and equipment modifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The coal mine Maintenance Manager will ensure the equipment complies with authorized practices and procedures, and maintenance requirements are accomplished in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible to coordinate maintenance activities with production operations ensuring that adequate scheduling needs for parts, materials and manpower to effectuate timely repair has been met. Administer activities to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and union bargaining unit agreement.
